Our board-certified obesity medicine specialist will help you create a weight loss plan that incorporates dietary changes, exercise and — if necessary — medications. Your plan will be tailored to your needs and based on research on the most effective ways to shed extra pounds and keep them off.


Fitness program

In collaboration with Fitness Formula Clubs, Rush offers a program to help you incorporate exercise into your life.


Behavioral counseling

Psychologists can help you set and keep your weight loss and lifestyle goals. In one-on-one sessions, they ‘ll help you with such things as eating mindfully, dealing with stress, making time to be active and learning how to find the love and support you need while you work to achieve your goals.



Registered dietitians are available both at Rush and through the Fitness Formula Club partnership to teach nutrition basics and help you fit healthy eating into your life.
